Oak Grove Kindergarten Registration 

Kindergarten registration for students who will enter kindergarten in the fall of 2008 will be April 14-18 and April 21-25 from 8:30-1-:30 a.m. and 12:00-3:30 p.m.
Todos los niños que piensan entrar al kindergarten necesitarán una forma de salud la cual puede usted recoger an la escuela de su comunidad local.

 

Things you need for registration :
Requisitos para la inscripción:
  • your child's Social Security card
  • your child's immunization record
  • your child's birth certificate
  • proof of residence (can be any of the following: rental agreement, mortgage contract, or Durham tax statement)
  • Kindergarteners will also need a health assessment form which you can pick up at the school.

  • certificado de nacimiento (acta)
